This training will review the policies, procedures, and best practices related to Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications, with a focus on maintaining Fair Housing compliance across your properties. We’ll discuss common scenarios, proper documentation, and how to respond to requests in a way that is both compliant and fair.

While some teams are already following the correct processes, many could benefit from a clearer understanding of the requirements. Inconsistent or incorrect handling of these requests can unintentionally create compliance issues and increased risk.
